The job holder will be main accountable & responsible for end to end stock management in territory.
Job holder will ensure the availability of Merchandise as per Sales trends, Seasonality, Promotions, Events, Sale through & Self Space.
The job holder is also responsible for Inventory health at the country thru regular cycle counts and stock take with robust follow up with RIC ensuring corrective actions & subsequent documentation to prevent shrinkage. Also Responsible for reduction of aging.
Responsible for optimum utilization of stocks with mark downs within budget norms to maximize profit.
Requirements
- •Ensure merchandise availability as per sales trends, seasonality, promotions, events, and sales.
- •Maintain inventory health through regular cycle counts and stock takes.
- •Follow up with RIC to ensure corrective actions and documentation.
- •Prevent shrinkage.
- •Responsible for reduction of aging stock.
- •Optimize utilization of stocks with markdowns within budget norms.
- •Maximize profit.
