About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reservations Manager to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Oversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performances as per Central Reservations KPI objectives.
• Work closely with hotel reservation teams to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Attend meetings related to reservations and share relevant insights on performance and trends.
• Monitor automated reservation services to ensure optimal capacity and resolve any service degradation.
• Monitor and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring relevant solutions are provided by coordinating with other departments.
• Ensure training of new colleagues in the department and hotels is planned and scheduled in advance.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• Hold a a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel management from an accredited and renowned University.
• Have 6 - 8 years of experience as Reservations Manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Have qualification in Revenue Management (Desirable).
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of PMS Systems.
• Show leadership and attention to details skills.

Requirements
