Manager, Performance & Analytics - SCCS leads the enterprise-wide performance management, analytics, reporting, and productivity intelligence functions for the Standard Construction Cell System (SCCS) across all projects and business units. The role transforms operational data into actionable intelligence by integrating SCCS execution data, VBoQ productivity metrics, Pulse & Wave performance, equipment and workforce utilization, cost and schedule performance, and cross-functional operational KPIs. It ensures the organization operates through a data-driven execution model that supports proactive decision-making, continuous improvement, and enterprise performance governance aligned with the Stage Gate Model (SGM).
Responsibilities
- •Lead enterprise-wide performance management, analytics, reporting, and productivity intelligence functions.
- •Transform operational data into actionable intelligence.
- •Integrate SCCS execution data, VBoQ productivity metrics, Pulse & Wave performance, and equipment/workforce utilization.
- •Monitor cost and schedule performance and cross-functional operational KPIs.
- •Ensure organization operates through a data-driven execution model.
- •Support proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- •Manage enterprise performance governance aligned with the Stage Gate Model (SGM).
