Key Responsibilities
⢠Develop comprehensive operational readiness plans that align with Qiddiyaās strategic vision and objectives.
⢠Engage with various stakeholders across departments to ensure all operational aspects are addressed prior to project launches.
⢠Conduct in-depth assessments of operational readiness and identify gaps, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
⢠Design and implement training programs to prepare staff for operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
⢠Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor operational readiness and performance metrics.
⢠Identify operational risks and challenges, developing mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution.
⢠Champion a guest-centric approach, ensuring all operational procedures enhance the overall guest experience. Requirements
Ā· Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field; masterās degree is a plus.
Ā· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operational management or readiness, preferably within the entertainment or large-scale project sectors.
Ā· Proven experience in developing and executing strategies that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Ā· Strong project management skills with a collaborative approach to leading cross-functional teams.
Ā· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
Ā· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ā· Experience in conducting training and development programs for operational teams.
Ā· Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ā· Familiarity with Saudi Arabiaās culture, business environment, and regulatory landscape is advantageous.
