3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY
• Actively participates in the commercial activity of the department from lead generation to bid estimations and budget elaboration. Identifies, researchs and targets new business opportunities.
• Coaches, mentors, provides feedback, communicates expectations, oversees and evaluates team members
• Quality audits already mobilized contracts for gaps in contractual deliverables
• Develops mobilisation/demobilisation plans with milestones and budgets. Manages transition risks via RAID logs and daily huddles. Controls mobilisation budget and accruals; track variance to plan.
• Leads asset verification, tagging, and CAFM data loads (asset/PPM). Produces site-specific RAMS, method statements, and SOPs.
• Coordinates the Recruitment/onboarding of staff (inc. uniforms, IDs, visas, inductions, etc.) and coordinates the Procurement of contractors/tools/equipment/vehicles; establishes initial spares/consumables.
• Secures permits/NOCs and authority registrations (DCD/DM/EHS).
• Runs shadowing/transition and knowledge transfer with outgoing providers.
• Sets up routes/rosters/response frameworks and escalation ladders and establishes reporting templates, dashboards, and client cadence.
• Executes demobilisation closeout and lessons learned.
• Participates on the development of solid quality proposals that meet the requirements of the customers and establish the best possible chance of winning projects.
• Ensures all safety standards are adhered to, minimizing accident risk. Complies to all U.A.E. Laws and associated governing bodies. Conducts site inspections
• Ensures quality is compliant to all international standards. Implements QC/ITPs; Captures lessons learned and update standards.
