āāThe Manager,Ā ProductĀ MarketingĀ T&E, EEMEAĀ isĀ the leaderĀ responsible for planning, executing and trackingĀ the translation of the central marketing strategy intoĀ the local marketing strategy, by leading the product management teamĀ andĀ workingĀ in close collaboration with theĀ other (Sr) Managers Product Marketing,Ā Marketing Directors, education team, brand managers and theĀ commercial leaders in the region.
What you will do :
⢠āTranslate central strategies (AMP, SAMP) into local action plans, ensuring alignment with overall businessĀ objectives, regional priorities, and KPIs.Ā Lead the creation, alignment, and execution of local AMPs (Annual Marketing Plans), driving tactical execution whileĀ monitoringĀ progress and adjusting as necessary to meet targets.Ā Continuously learn from market and competitive trends and adjust strategies and tactics toĀ maintainĀ a competitive edge.
⢠āLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company values, fostering a collaborative work environment, and supporting individual growth.Ā Champion the development of team membersā skills and capabilities to ensure theyĀ remainĀ agile and adaptable to changing business needs.
⢠āStay up to date on competitive insights (new product launches, pricing trends, industry news, etc.) and integrate these insights into strategy development and refinement.Ā Share relevant market and competitive insights with the central marketing team to support strategy adjustments and future planning.
⢠āDevelop and implement tools, templates, and processes that ensure marketing excellence, consistency, and measurement across regions and functions.Ā Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, share, and implement best practices, driving continuous improvement across the business.
⢠āAnalyze business performance andĀ identifyĀ opportunities for growth, proposing strategic adjustments to capture market share and increase profitability.Ā Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, ensuring that plans are driving business acquisition, retention, and long-term success.
⢠āBuild andĀ maintainĀ strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), customers, and other stakeholders to drive business acquisition, retention, and market presence.Ā Collaborate with the local sales organization to ensure marketing initiatives support sales goals and profit targets, adapting strategies as needed based on feedback from the sales team.
⢠Support sales teams by providing product training, preparing for tenders, and facilitating customer visits to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives. Ensure that sales teams have the necessary resources to effectively execute marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.
⢠āDevelop, manage, andĀ optimizeĀ the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growthĀ objectives.Ā Regularly evaluate and explain budget variances, making data-driven decisions to improve financial efficiency and impact.
⢠āChampion operational excellence by driving efficiency in marketing processes and initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement and value creation.Ā Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
⢠āRepresent the business unit in cross-functional enterprise-wide projects, initiatives, and transformations that contribute to the companyās strategic goals.Ā Champion organizational, technological, and cultural changesĀ requiredĀ to drive innovation, growth, and efficiency within the business
What you need :
⢠8 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a Marketing Manager role
⢠Bachelor's degree is required. MBA is a plus
⢠Track record of driving profitable growth, new product development and introduction, and creating and execution of successful marketing strategies at regional and local level.
⢠Background in MedTech or B2B healthcare with a proven track record of driving growth.
⢠High integrity, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
⢠Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
⢠Full management experience leading teams and developing talent.
⢠āStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
⢠āAbility toĀ manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
⢠āAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
⢠āMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
⢠āDemonstrated ability to manage geographically dispersed team including international direct reports
⢠āāāStrong CulturalĀ awarenessĀ (awareness of culturalĀ diversity in EEMEA)
⢠āDemonstratedĀ proficiencyĀ in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
⢠Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
