Qiddiya has an opportunity for an Investment Management professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in evaluating, originating, and managing real estate investment opportunities.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions. You will be expected to apply your expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build the backbone of our investment framework and manage the financial performance of our real estate investments.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in investment management and financial modelling, ideally someone with experience in corporate finance, real estate investment, and private equity.
At the heart of our investment strategy, you will engage in market research, perform rigorous financial due diligence, and create sophisticated models to assess the profitability and risks of potential investments. You will work closely with both internal teams (including project managers, analysts, and associates) and external stakeholders (including banks, consultants, and legal advisors) to ensure the success of each project. Your ability to understand and implement complex financial structures and deal terms will be essential to driving long-term growth and profitability for the company.

Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in banking or investment management is essential.Experience:
• +7 years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory (preferably in real estate or private equity).
• Experience in corporate finance, M&A modelling, and deal structuring, with a focus on real estate.
• Strong experience from boutique investment banks (e.g., Lazar, Rothschild, Jefferies) or large real estate funds (e.g., Hines, Brookfield, Capital Land).
• Prior exposure to the GCC region is highly desirable.Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and corporate finance.
• Familiarity with banking terminology and M&A processes.Industry Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, trends, and market conditions in the GCC region.
• Understanding of portfolio management and investment analysis.Language Skills:
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
