1. Oversee the complete onboarding process including PRO process. Review and update the induction presentation. Review the performance of the vendors on a yearly basis. Manage the escalations from the stakeholders (We One BU & DPW PRO) during deployments.
2. Conduct We Care meetings and Gemba walks for the welfare of the employees. Involved in planning and conducting employee engagements activities for the entire workforce whereby reducing attrition and improve employee retention.
3. Review and update the policy and procedures. Ensure the same is communicated to all employees. Conduct awareness meetings and preparation of the communications.
4. Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts. All Zoho escalations are addressed and closed. Final decisions arrived for certain DC cases.
5. Oversee payroll, EOS and benefits administration. Approval of SRF and signing of all employees’ letters (salary revision, promotion, service, request letters) in a timely manner. Handle escalations of EOS and resolve. Approve all work-related injury for treatments, involved in yearly insurance renewals, coordinate with insurers to handle medically critical cases and take final decisions on medically unfit cases.
6. Timely approval of employee-related requests and all types of invoices in fusion.
7. Single point of contact to handle and resolve employees’ queries for escalated cases with authorities and Leadership team, through ensuring compliance to labour laws.
8. Handle internal and external audits for the company. Responsible for working on the audit findings and closure of the same.
9. Rollout yearly Performance Appraisals for the workforce and finalizing the payouts. Coordinate employee training and development programs.
10. Involved in suggesting and implementing digitization and automation of HR processes. Coordinate with IT for system enhancements and agree to final go ahead of the IT projects.
11. Administer all HR team members, guide and support, evaluate their performance and lead them to achieve organization goals.
12. Lead special projects, review HR metrics / management reports, process reengineering and continuous improvement, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and improved employee experience across HR operations.

- People - Employee Relations –
- Ensuring Adherence to Code of Conduct : Ensures employees are following DP World's Code of Conduct and independently handles non-routine cases of employee misdemeanor.
- People - Organization Design & Effectiveness
- Structuring the Organization and Workforce : Guides the analysis of DP World's organizational structure and HC systems, identifying new and more efficient organization structures, HC systems and modes of governance to assist leaders in achieving their organization strategy.
- Managing Workforce Plans : Manages the headcount and associated budget for relevant departments and works with the department heads to plan their workforce requirements accordingly.
- Examining Effectiveness Holistically : Provides advice to HC Business Partners and line managers on the compensation and benefits decisions for their employees; resolves complex or non-routine issues, managing and resolving cases from beginning to end.People - Performance and Rewards
- Evaluating Employee Performance : Develops a comprehensive understanding of the performance management process and system and coordinates the evaluation of employees' performance across the departments within DP World.
- People - Administrative and Regulatory Affairs
- Completing Operational Activities or Projects : Defines the objectives and resources required to successfully support a project/activity and effectively manages own and team time to complete projects within the established timeframes.
- Following Up on Operational Activities or Projects : Follows up and keeps others informed of progress on tasks and project responsibilities to make certain that results are achieved and deadlines are successfully met.
- HRIS & Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion (for approvals and invoices) and Zoho (for escalation management). Experience in HR process automation and digitization.
- Operations Management: Deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including complex onboarding, PRO/labor law processes, and offboarding (EOS).
- Compliance & Audit: Knowledge of local labor laws and the ability to manage internal/external audit frameworks, ensuring closure of non-compliance findings.
