Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager Engineering to lead the planning and execution of preventive maintenance for rides, attractions, and facilities at Ain Dubai. This role oversees engineering operations, manages maintenance teams, controls operational and CAPEX budgets, and ensures safety, reliability, and operational excellence across the park.

You will play a key role in maximizing ride availability, supporting new projects, and building a high-performing engineering team aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance, annual testing, and technical operations for rides, attractions, facilities, and utilities.
• Maximize Total Hourly Ride Capacity (THRC) and minimize downtime.
• Manage engineering teams including recruitment, training, performance, and scheduling.
• Oversee maintenance projects, capital works, and contractor performance.
• Prepare and manage maintenance and CAPEX budgets in line with DOA.
• Liaise with OEMs, vendors, NDT and inspection bodies.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver accurate MIS and performance reports to management.
• Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 7–8 years’ experience in theme parks or similar technical environments.
• 5+ years in a managerial role covering rides, attractions, or facilities maintenance.
• Certifications in WHSE / OHSA / Risk Management are an advantage.About the Benefits:
