What you’ll do?
- Lead the overall customer experience and experiential marketing strategy to strengthen brand perception, investor engagement, and long-term customer loyalty.
- Develop strategic event, roadshow, and partnership initiatives that support market expansion, investor acquisition, and commercial growth objectives.
- Shape premium customer journey frameworks that enhance brand differentiation and position Al Ghurair Development as a leader in luxury real estate experiences.
- Drive strategic alignment between customer experience, sales enablement, and business growth priorities across all markets and touchpoints.
- Own and oversee annual budgets related to customer experience, events, international roadshows, experiential activations, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive customer engagement that contributes directly to sales performance, market expansion, and revenue growth.
- Strengthen sales effectiveness through high-impact activities, premium engagement strategies, and market-facing initiatives.Who you are?
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of extensive experience in channel marketing, partner relationship management, go-to-market strategies, and executing integrated marketing programs across multiple channels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Who are we?

Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
