Role Purpose
Drive performance improvement and transformation initiatives across the organization as part of the Transformation function, acting as an internal consulting team supporting senior leadership in closing the gap between strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess performance across financial, operational, and strategic KPIs
- Identify, quantify, and prioritize performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Diagnose root causes of underperformance using structured problem-solving approaches
- Design and support implementation of targeted interventions to address key business challenges
- Lead high-impact transformation projects (typically 4–12 weeks) across different business areas
- Structure complex problems, define workplans, and drive execution with cross-functional teams
- Develop clear and actionable recommendations supported by data and analysis
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, solutions, and execution plans
- Ensure impact delivery and track results of implemented initiatives
- Contribute to shaping the overall transformation agenda and priorities
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering or administration. Master’s Degree in Engineering Management or an MBA is highly preferable. Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 12 years of relevant business, project program management, ideally in retail, fuel retail or B2B industries
- Minimum 7 years of experience with background in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or Tier 1 strongly preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems
- Experience leading workstreams or projects end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations
- High ownership and drive
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Results-oriented mindset
Requirements

- •Minimum 12 years of relevant business or project/program management experience
- •Experience in retail, fuel retail, or B2B industries preferred
- •Minimum 7 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or Tier 1)

- •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
