Strategic Planning and Partner:
ā¢Work as trusted advisers to the leader to identify the initiatives of strategic importance & operational improvement that need to be pursued
ā¢Be part of annual strategic planning for the Group
ā¢Review key performance indicators by creating and maintaining dashboards. This work also includes internal and external communications, operational support and interacting with Landmark Leadership Team.
Direct Support of the CXO/Business Head/Board Member:
ā¢Set leader's strategic priorities and help the leader identify areas where they must direct their focus
ā¢Strategically manage leader's time to evaluate opportunities and maintain priorities
ā¢Prepare agendas for all meetings; and review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the leader has the information needed to be as productive as possible
ā¢Monitor information flow in order to ensure Leader's involvement in project or decision-making process at the right moment
Relationship Builder:
ā¢Must be well connected with those reporting to the leader and others across the organization to influence outcomes. This cross-functional perspective not only helps garner support for the leadership team, but also fosters long-term partnerships that are critical to this roleās success.
Project Management:
ā¢Oversee cross-functional/concept-wide projects or initiatives
ā¢Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
ā¢Research, benchmark, analyze data, and make recommendations
⢠Budget and performance: Manage trade marketing budgets and monitor all investments to ensure cost-effectiveness and track the performance of campaigns.

Market analysis: Analyze market trends, gather insights on consumer behavior, and monitor competitor activity to inform strategies.
