How you’ll make an impact
As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to various business functions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Participating in rotations across different departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources) to gain a holistic understanding of Hitachi's business.
- Assisting senior management with project planning, execution, and reporting, contributing to strategic initiatives.
- Conducting market research, data analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to support business development efforts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Developing and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders on project updates and findings.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong academic record with a demonstrable aptitude for learning and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- A keen interest in Hitachi's industries and technologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability to new challenges and environments.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.
