The Management Apprentice Program is designed to prepare future professionals by providing rotational exposure across multiple business domains within Carrier UAE operations.

About the Role

We are seeking motivated UAE national graduates to join Carrier’s Management Apprentice – Emiratization Program in Dubai.

This structured development program is designed to build future business and technical talent by providing hands-on learning exposure across different business functions.

Apprentices will rotate across selected areas including:

• Building technologies and climate solutions

• Digital transformation and smart building platforms

• Commercial and business operations

• Service delivery and project support

• Corporate functional support roles

Key Responsibilities

Rotational Learning & Development

• Participate in structured training rotations across business units in Dubai.

• Gain exposure to technical, commercial, and operational processes.

• Learn about Carrier product, service, and digital solution portfolios.

Business Operations Support

• Assist teams in reporting, data analysis, and operational coordination.

• Support customer and internal project activities.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Technology & Innovation Exposure

• Develop awareness of IoT-enabled building solutions, cloud platforms, and smart infrastructure technologies.

• Support digital transformation activities.

Professional Development

• Complete assigned training modules and mentorship programs.

• Demonstrate continuous learning and performance improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or related disciplines:

• Engineering

• Business Administration

• Information Technology

• Operations Management

• Industrial Engineering

• Other relevant fields

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Eligibility

• UAE Nationals only (Emiratization role).

Skills

• Strong analytical and learning ability.

• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

• Interest in technology, business operations, or engineering fields.

Nice to Have

• Internship experience in corporate, technical, or business environments.

• Interest in sustainability, smart building technologies, or digital business.
