Department Overview
Our Services team is part of the Motorola Solutions business covering the Asia, Middle East and Africa region. We are a professional services team that delivers on-site support services and managed services to our customers. We deliver customer focused world-class, leading edge, end-to-end solutions fit for purpose within each customer’s unique environment that include various voice (including radio) communications, data and video technologies with our clients predominantly in the public safety government sector and the energy & natural resources industry.
Job Description
Role Summary:Assist our International Services team in delivering mission-critical IT and communication solutions. This internship offers hands-on experience with mission critical software applications, AI, and automation used in command centers.Key Responsibilities:
• Shadow & Learn: Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mission-critical IT and Radio systems.
• Incident Support: Assist in tracking system performance and documenting incident resolutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with web, mobile, and middleware teams to understand complex technical workflows.
• Documentation: Help prepare reports for customer meetings regarding service availability.
• SLA Awareness: Learn how to monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Basic Requirements
- Recent graduate in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Basic understanding of Networking, IT systems, or Wireless Communications.
- Strong desire to learn mission-critical technologies.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
