Objective:
This position is responsible for supporting multiple store operations within the mall by ensuring sales targets, customer service, brand standards, and operational procedures are consistently met. The role focuses on driving performance, team coordination, and store compliance to optimize business results.
Key Responsibility:
• Supervise retail operations across stores in the assigned mall to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
• Monitor sales performance and guide store teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered across all outlets.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all stores.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance, and resolve grievances in collaboration with store managers.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new retail staff to maintain service excellence.
• Conduct routine store audits to check compliance, cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and VM standards.
• Ensure availability of stock levels in coordination with the store and inventory teams to avoid stock-outs.
• Promote the company’s loyalty program (Club Apparel) to drive customer retention and repeat sales.
• Assist with planning and execution of in-store events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Brand Heads to share product and team performance feedback.
• Identify performance gaps and support staff development through on-the-job coaching and feedback.
• Ensure security, safety, and loss prevention standards are upheld at all store locations under supervision.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends, brand collections, and customer preferences to support suggestive selling.Desired Experience:
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in retail or mall operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales, meet store KPIs, and manage day-to-day operations.
• Experience in leading store teams and enhancing customer engagement.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across functional teams.
