The opportunity

Maintenance support is responsible for providing administrative, documentation, and coordination support to the Maintenance Department. The role ensures effective control of maintenance records, spare parts data, calibration documentation, audits, schedules, and KPI’s. In addition, the position supports procurement, invoicing, logistics, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure smooth and compliant maintenance operations.

How you’ll make an impact

• Responsible for Maintenance Spare parts list and documentation.
• Responsible for Maintenance Audit documentation and reports.
• Responsible for Maintenance Admin support. (Requesting Visa for visitors and Transportation).
• Responsible for All Maintenance calibration list and keeping the Certificates.
• Responsible for Monitoring of Maintenance Schedules. 
• Responsible for Requesting Maintenance Consumable materials.
• Responsible for Processing the maintenance Invoices.
• Responsible for coordinating with the Supply team regarding materials request, POs, Vendor Contracts renewals. 
• Responsible for Collecting Maintenance KPI’s DATA.  
• Responsible for maintenance the Jigs and Fixtures (Updated Master list and location, Calibration).
• Employees shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by the direct manager to fulfil the job requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree in business Administration or a related discipline is required.
• 1-2 Years of experience of relevant experience in plant maintenance or a similar industrial environment.
• Good verbal & written communications skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
