Luxury Real Estate Developer Planning Engineer

AHS, a renowned luxury real estate developer, is searching for a skilled Planning Engineer to join our team. In this integral role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating project schedules, ensuring that all activities are tracked and deadlines met. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to align project timelines with strategic business objectives while maintaining the highest quality standards in our luxury developments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budgets for luxury residential projects
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project execution
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on schedule and budget
• Prepare and present regular status reports to management highlighting project milestones, risks, and recommendations
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and facilitate solutions to ensure continuity and efficiency of project workflows
• Utilize planning tools and software to analyze data and produce relevant reports for stakeholders
• Contribute to project feasibility studies, helping to determine project viability and resource requirements
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements throughout the planning process
• Actively participate in project meetings to provide planning insights and strategies to drive project success Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably within the luxury real estate sector (3+ years)
• Strong proficiency in project management and planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and other Microsoft tools)
• Excellent understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively deal with changing priorities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
