Luxury Developer Business Development Manager

AHS, a leading name in luxury real estate development, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth within the luxury real estate market.

This role is responsible for expanding AHS’s network, developing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in business development within luxury real estate, investment, or high-value industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, corporate partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify potential growth areas.
• Generate leads, establish connections, and convert opportunities into successful partnerships.
• Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation and closure.
• Develop strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, agencies, and market influencers.
• Maintain a strong network within the luxury real estate and investment sectors.
• Represent AHS at industry events, networking opportunities, and business meetings.
• Prepare business development reports, market insights, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Support the development of proposals, presentations, and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities, leads, and stakeholder interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or strategic growth roles.

Proven experience within luxury real estate, property development, investment, hospitality, or a premium service industry.

Strong network of industry contacts, including investors, brokers, and business partners.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Experience managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends and opportunities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
