Lounge Supervisor - Jazan Airport

Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) is looking for an experienced and motivated Lounge Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Airport Lounge and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the airport lounge and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and support the lounge team to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and airport stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and support continuous service improvement.

• Saudi National.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, aviation, hotels, lounges, or customer service operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
