Logistics Finance Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Logistics Finance Specialist to join our growing operations team and support the financial processes related to logistics suppliers and freelance captains.

This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate settlements, smooth payment operations, and financial reconciliation across logistics operations.

You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Vendor teams to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review supplier and logistics settlement reports.
• Reconcile supplier invoices with operational data and system records.
• Manage freelancer and captain payment settlements.
• Monitor captain wallet balances and process adjustments or deductions when required.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and financial issues.
• Validate and process logistics-related invoices.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payment cycles.
• Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and operational finance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance Operations, Settlements, or Logistics Finance.
• Experience with reconciliation, settlements, and invoice validation.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large operational datasets.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Experience working with logistics, delivery platforms, or marketplace operations is a plus.
