About the mission we offer you:

Location: Ruwais, UAE
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Nationality: UAE Nationals only
Employment Type: Full-time – Site-based

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with local sourcing of materials, consumables, and services.

• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and support PO creation.

• Follow up with suppliers for delivery timelines and documentation.

• Maintain procurement logs and update PO status reports.

• Coordinate with stores, logistics, and site teams on urgent requirements.

• Support vendor communication and evaluation.

• Ensure compliance with company and client procurement policies.
Qualifications & Requirements

• UAE National (Emiratisation role).

• Diploma/bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.

• 6 months to 1 year of procurement or logistics exposure.

• Familiarity with local UAE suppliers is an advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation basics.

• Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.
Skills & Competencies

• Good MS Office skills; ERP knowledge is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.

• Ability to work under tight timelines.

• High sense of responsibility and accuracy.
