Job Description

• Welcome, assist, and farewell guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized and luxury service throughout the stay.
• Handle guest requests and special arrangements discreetly.
• Assist VIP guests and organize special occasions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, confidentiality, and luxury hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience as a butler or in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
• Proven supervisory experience in managing a team of service professionals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and other departments
• Strong leadership abilities and a talent for mentoring and developing staff
• Proficiency in household management software and MS Office suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Superior time management and multitasking abilities
• In-depth knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern customs and etiquette is highly advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Professional butler certification is a plus
• Fluency in English and either Turkish or French is required. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
