This role main purpose is to Lead and manage all received cases in the system by re-directing, studying, identifying case nature and relevance to ensure completion of the case file, by meeting all requesters (internal functions) to collect related evidence and provide evaluation, and prepare the (petition) case memo to register the case in the correct (Court type, location), also to manage the relationship with the internal & external audit.

Accountabilities

• Accountable to manage all received cases through system by re-directing, studying, identifying case nature and relevance and share it with Litigation team to ensure completion of the case file, and meeting all requesters, who submitted the request through via system, to collect related evidences and draft the petition case memo in order to register the case in the correct ( court type, and location).

• Responsible to lead execution cases process by registering, following, and documenting all execution cases to avoid any legal impact and minimize the legal risk and making sure the business running smoothly.

• Responsible to review the company's litigation strategy by analyzing all litigation cases to make sure the company in right side which gives the business sustainability and continuity.

• Managing litigation team by supervising, mentoring, developing staff, and managing staff performance, to foster a culture of professional development and continual improvement and ensure that high-quality work is delivered and timeframes for legal advice and services are met.

• Responsible for examining the final judgement that issued against the organization and submitting appeals in the court against these final judgement in order to save the company’s right.

• Managing the internal relationship with all division by defining, and developing the internal process with other divisions in order to reach the best results in dealing with legal cases.

• Responsible to study and investigate legal cases by reviewing it in order to provide awareness sessions to the concerned department in order to avoid any legal issues un the future , and put the company in the right side in all relations.

• Accountable to manage, all legal cases by reviewing, analyzing, and by collecting all related documents I for each case in order to draft memos, and petitions and that would lead to save the company’s right which leads to sustainability and continuity for the business.

• Ensure compliance with all CMA and “IFSAH” regulation and provide all requirements on monthly bases to establish a consistent level of compliance which to ensure accuracy of Company profile as its directly impacting the company shares status in the market.

• Manage the Litigation team by making sure that they review and completing the cases files and collecting the evidence in order to study the cases and get back to the Legal Director the with appropriate solutions to avoid any fines or violations on the company.

• Responsible to manage the relationship with public sectors such as IFSAH and Tadawul (Saudi stocks exchange) , and share the data with them , by preparing the announcements to ensure compliance with the body authorities and match the legal requirements that apply to the business in order to lead sustainability and continuity for the organization.

• Overseeing the delivery of legal services and providing legal consultation related to the cases to other departments by analyzing and studying all the requests in the system to accomplish goals, strategies, and priorities in order to help the company obtain its objectives.

• Managing the provision of high-quality legal services across a team in a high-volume work environment, in accordance with instructions and timeframe.

• Responsible to manage and prepare the litigation reports about all cases with the status of each and the legal recommendation about the risk for all cases, and provide it to the external audit quarterly and at the end of year, to suggest the provision amount for the finance team and reflect it on the financial statement .

• Accountable to attend all the hearings session in courts by representing the company and defend the organization’s right in the in order to save the company’s right.

• Manage the performance of the Litigation team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching…etc. to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

• Indoors: 90%

• Outdoors: 10%

• Working Days: 5 Working Days

• Days off: 2 Days Off

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Requirement

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree master’s degree in law is preferred

• Saudi Bar Association

• IFSAH Certificate

Experience

• 6-8 Years of legal corporate experience

Computer Skills

• MS Office Suite

Languages

• English

• Arabic

• Legal Language
