Operate Production and packing machines as per SOP and work instruction
ā¢ Ensure correct packing material, Batch coding and labeling as per the standards.
ā¢ Startup, Change-over, Cleaning and basic machine adjustments.
ā¢ Monitor weighing, Sealing quality and visual defects during packing.
ā¢ Record production data, down times, wastage, and quality checks in line log sheets.
ā¢ Identify Abnormalities (noise, leakage, rejection and weight variation) and inform supervisors.
ā¢ Support SMED activities during changeovers.
ā¢ Ensure line clearance before and after production.
ā¢ Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure minimal downtime.
ā¢ Uphold and enforce GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000, and internal hygiene SOPs.
Follow FIFO/FEFO for materials during production.
