Operate Production and packing machines as per SOP and work instruction
• Ensure correct packing material, Batch coding and labeling as per the standards.
• Startup, Change-over, Cleaning and basic machine adjustments.
• Monitor weighing, Sealing quality and visual defects during packing.
• Record production data, down times, wastage, and quality checks in line log sheets.
• Identify Abnormalities (noise, leakage, rejection and weight variation) and inform supervisors.
• Support SMED activities during changeovers.
• Ensure line clearance before and after production.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Uphold and enforce GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000, and internal hygiene SOPs.
Follow FIFO/FEFO for materials during production.
