Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing complex systems engineering projects, leading a team of talented engineers, and driving technological advancements in our industry.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of systems engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge systems and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, architecture, and integration strategies
• Conduct thorough system analysis, identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions
• Oversee the entire systems engineering lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plans
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in systems engineering
• Present regular progress reports and technical recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in systems engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Proficiency in systems integration, lifecycle management, and requirements analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
• Experience with systems modeling tools and techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to systems engineering
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related purposes
• Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment in Doha, Qatar
