Al-Watania Information Systems is on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying potential leads, generating interest in our services, and facilitating the connection between prospects and our sales team. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and communication prowess to effectively engage with potential clients and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads and new market opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns across various channels.
• Engage with prospects through email, social media, and phone calls to generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on set criteria and effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in CRM software.
• Analyze market data and trends to refine outreach approaches.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Fluent in English
• 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems.
• Comfortable with outbound sales tactics and engaging with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Requirements
