InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Supervise and coordinate all laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, folding, sorting, and distribution of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate ordering of laundry supplies.
- Ensure all hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest garments are processed according to established luxury hotel standards.
- Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of laundry requirements.
- Maintain proper inventory levels of linens, uniforms, and laundry supplies.
- Ensure accurate collection, tracking, and delivery of guest laundry within established service timelines. Why you will love this job:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in in a supervisory or in-charge role within luxury hotel laundry operations
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality.What you can expect from us
