Job Description

Do you have a passion for food and the ambition to grow your culinary career? Join us as a Demi Chef de Partie and bring your creativity and skills to the team while learning from our talented chefs.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to Radisson standards

• Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations

• Ensure high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times

• Monitor stock levels and help with ordering and storage

• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent dining experiences for our guests

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience, ideally in a hotel or restaurant environment

• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

• Passion for food and a Yes I Can! spirit
