Job Description
At Al Seef House by Radisson Individuals, we believe that every plate tells a story. As a Commis I, you will bring passion, creativity, and consistency to our kitchen. Working closely with the Chef de Partie and the culinary team, youāll help deliver high-quality dishes that delight our guests and uphold our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Radisson standards under the guidance of senior chefs
⢠Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety in all kitchen areas
⢠Assist with mise en place, stock rotation, and daily kitchen operations
⢠Support menu development and contribute fresh ideas for seasonal offerings
⢠Work as a team player to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
⢠Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent training
⢠Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant kitchen
⢠Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
⢠Passion for food and eagerness to learn and grow
⢠Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
