Kids Experience Specialist - 20 Day Activation Event

We are seeking warm, energetic, and creative Kids Experience Specialists for a 20-day project (18 May – 7 June) at a prestigious hospitality destination on the Saudi Arabian coastline.

This role focuses on delivering fun, engaging, and memorable experiences for children within a premium guest environment. Activities may include flower crown styling, personalized sunglasses customization, and other creative experiences for kids

Key Responsibilities

• Guide children through interactive creative activities (Arts & Crafts, DIY kits, Floral Crowns, Painting)
• Assist and encourage children in completing their own designs and creations
• Deliver a warm, friendly, and engaging experience for both children and parents
• Create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment at all times
• Maintain patience, enthusiasm, and attentiveness when working with young guests
• Ensure all materials, tools, and kits are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
• Keep the activity area tidy, safe, and visually appealing
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and energyRequirements

• Experience working with children (events, activations, childcare, education, etc.)
• Previous experience in guest-facing roles or similar activations
• Friendly, patient, and naturally engaging personality
• Strong communication skills with both children and parents
• Creative mindset and comfort working with DIY kits
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
