Job Description

The Job Description includes, but not limited to the below:

• Liaise with Entertainment Manager / Rixy Club Chief / Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children to organise all kids club activities.
• Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Supervisor.
• Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child.
• Ensure that the Kid’s Club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times.
• Be fully aware of Kids Club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices.
• Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the kids club and inform the supervisor for any need of additional toys or replacement of toys.
• Ensure all equipment are clean and properly maintained.
• Maintain Kids Club clean and tidy at all times.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
• Proficient in English and Russian (written and verbal).
• Creative, patient and experienced taking care of children.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
