Kid's Club Animator

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Rixy Kids Club Animator is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. The animator plans and leads age-appropriate activities while ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of all young guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome children and families in a friendly and professional manner.

• Organize and lead daily activities, games, arts & crafts, sports, mini disco, and themed events.

• Ensure the safety and security of children at all times.

• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area.

• Encourage children’s participation and create a positive atmosphere.

• Follow hotel policies, health & safety procedures, and child protection guidelines.

• Assist in organizing special events, birthday celebrations, and seasonal programs.

• Report any incidents or guest concerns to the Kids Club Supervisor or Manager.

• Work closely with other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• English language skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.

• First Aid certification is a plus.
