JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Manage Key Accounts in the HORECA channel across UAE, Qatar & Oman.

• Win and retain profitable business with chain customers.

• Improve profitability by measuring and managing customer contribution.

• Develop in conjunction with channel marketing, activity for differentiation.

• Full P&L responsibility of chain account (incl control of BMI and TTS per customer).

• Negotiation of yearly agreement.

• Business and JBP planning, signed with selected customers.

• Input to forecast planning.

• Build contact matrix that involves Purchasing, Sales and Marketing, Chef etc.

• Execution of agreements including activities.

• Evaluation of plan/activities.

• Flag for risk of not reaching targets and ask for help and information if needed.
• Manage assigned budgets for selling support in line with Unilever policies and strategy.

• Prospecting/starting new customers (continuously contribute to prospect funnel).

• Establish and maintain cooperation between teams towards sales opportunities.

• Identify personal development needs and plan with LM to improve continuously.

• Responsible for behaving according to Unilever culture and values.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in Foodservice
- Key Accounts management experience
