Key Account Manager-UAE and Kuwait
This position works out of our UAE location in the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics – Infectious Diseases.

As a Key Account Manager, you will manage strategic healthcare accounts and business partnerships, with a focus on revenue generation. and will be responsible for driving market penetration, commercial growth, and customer engagement across Abbott Rapid Diagnostics’ portfolio within the assigned territory
What You'll Do-
- Full accountability for revenue generation and the commercial objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to execution.
- Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across hospitals, laboratories, governmental entities, procurement departments, and healthcare networks
- Collaborate closely with clinicians, laboratory leadership, emergency departments, infection control teams, and healthcare decision-makers to improve patient pathways and diagnostic workflows
- Utilize business intelligence tools and sales analytics to identify opportunities, optimize account performance, and strengthen strategic planning
- Develop customer-centric solutions, including integrated workflow offerings and value-based diagnostic approaches
Required Qualifications-
- Minimum 7 years of diagnostic sales experience within the UAE market. Kuwait market experience is an advantage.
- Pharma and diagnostic mixed experience will be an edge
- Experience in Point-of-Care Testing, Infectious Diseases, or Laboratory Solutions is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue quotas
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient pathways, reimbursement environments, and tender processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence key healthcare stakeholders

Requirements
