We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales Department. This role focuses on managing strategic and high-value clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. • Manage and maintain relationships with key and strategic accounts
• Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and retention

• Act as the main point of contact for key clients and handle escalations
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
• Analyze market trends and client needs to support business strategyRequirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in key account management or senior sales roles
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English
