• Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of patient care and a seamless workflow within the clinic. Requirements
• Dentistry degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency in Pediatric Dentistry is preferred but not mandatory for junior roles.
• Active and valid state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and their families.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism in working with young patients.
• Basic knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and children’s oral health.
• Enthusiasm for learning and the desire to grow within the field of pediatric dentistry.
