Job Description

Data & Reporting Execution

Routine Data Pulls: Daily/weekly metrics from Emplifi, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, influencer platforms.

Slide Production: Build/edit reports in PowerPoint/Google Slides using pre-designed templates.

Dashboard Maintenance: Update real-time social dashboards (e.g., Emplifi).

Data Hygiene: Clean/organize raw social data for senior review.

Support Tasks

Track competitor social KPIs (follower growth, engagement rates).

Compile social listening alerts (brand mentions, crisis flags).

Format influencer campaign performance summaries.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

Advanced PowerPoint/Google Slides (portfolio required)

Basic social platform analytics (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

Tool familiarity (Emplifi/Hootsuite > Talkwalker)

Soft Skills
