Junior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of preventive maintenance (PPM) and breakdown maintenance of MEP systems
• Support supervision of HVAC (DX/FCU/AHU), electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors for timely completion of work orders
• Monitor service delivery against SLA/KPI requirements
• Attend site inspections and assist in identifying defects, snags, and maintenance requirements
• Maintain records including PPM checklists, work orders, and service reports
• Support HOTO activities, snag closure, and handover documentation
• Assist in material requests, spare parts tracking, and vendor follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and client requirements
• Support client coordination and reporting as required

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in FM/MEP maintenance (freshers with internship experience can be considered)

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of MEP systems and HVAC fundamentals
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work under supervision
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to work in site conditions

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency calls if required
• Physically fit for site work
