The Junior Consultant Endodontist will contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of patients requiring specialized endodontic interventions. You will work collaboratively with senior consultants and the broader dental team, employing advanced endodontic procedures to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute root canal treatments and related endodontic procedures under guidance.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment approaches.
• Assist in endodontic surgeries and manage follow-up care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with institutional policies.
• Educate patients on endodontic conditions, preventative care, and treatment plans.
• Engage actively in team discussions and contribute to multidisciplinary care.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional skill development.Requirements
• Dental degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) with postgraduate specialization or training in Endodontics.
• Licensed to practice dentistry with authorization to perform endodontic procedures.
• Up to 3 years of clinical experience in endodontics preferred but open to recent graduates.
• Proficiency in current endodontic techniques, including the use of advanced diagnostic and therapeutic tools.
• Excellent diagnostic and manual skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and multidisciplinary teamwork.
