Develop an understanding and appreciation of NMDC methodology, capability and cost estimation practices to acquire the knowledge necessary for effective participation in section activities
- Review tender scope of work with particular emphasis on specifications, and provide senior colleagues with comments to assist them in determining requirements

- Assist in the preparation of standard sub-contract invitation to bid packages, and the review of the technical aspects of materials offers, to gain experience and expertise

Requirements
- •Understand tender documentation for technical and commercial requirements.
- •Evaluate project scope and construction methodologies.
- •Coordinate preparation of invitations to bid packages.
- •Evaluate bids commercially and technically.
- •Recommend preferred suppliers/sub-contractors.
- •Attend client meetings to address queries.
- •Provide technical insights and solutions.
- •Ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Nice to Have
- •Liaise with all departments for estimation process coordination.
- •Collaborate with technical, commercial, and legal teams.
- •Prepare synopsis of tender requirements (payment, insurance, etc.).
- •Consult with Legal Advisor for compliance.
- •Attend site visits for project information.
Responsibilities
- •Prepare technical and commercial documents post-contract award.
- •Ensure seamless transition and clarity on project requirements.
- •Supervise Proposal Engineers and Junior Proposal Engineers.
- •Ensure efficient pricing strategies and cost competitiveness.
