Job Description

Effectively deliver non-profit sector services and programs by supporting target groups, implementing initiatives, and measuring their impact to ensure the mission is achieved and the quality of results is improved.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Contribute to the establishment of the entity and apply specialized expertise in that regard
• Execute programs according to specific plans and standards
• Enhance the impact of initiatives through periodic measurement and evaluation
• Manage budgets according to controls and approvals
• Expand partnerships with donors and community entities
• Provide accurate periodic reports to relevant authorities

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the non-profit sector or community fields
• Understanding of project management and programming principles
• Strong skills in monitoring, evaluation, and report writing
• Proficiency in using computers and office software
• Commitment to the principles of governance and transparency
