IT Technician – UAE Nationals Only

About the mission we offer you:

Location: Ruwais, UAE
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Nationality: UAE Nationals only
Employment Type: Full-time – Site-based

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support for hardware (laptops, printers, scanners).

• Assist with network troubleshooting and device configuration.

• Support setup of new user accounts, email access, shared drives, and permissions.

• Maintain IT asset records and track equipment movement.

• Respond to user requests and escalate major issues to senior IT support.

• Ensure IT policies are followed and data security is maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements

• UAE National (Emiratisation role).

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 6 months to 1 year experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.

• Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.

• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Good problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

• Strong time-management and organization skills.
