VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Support for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Skills

ā¢ Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
ā¢ Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
ā¢ Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
ā¢ Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities.
ā¢ Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.
Requirements
- ā¢0-3 years of experience in IT support
- ā¢Ability to provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests
- ā¢Skill in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT devices and applications
- ā¢Experience in escalating unresolved issues
- ā¢Proficiency in maintaining support documentation
