IT & Digital Systems Specialist

HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly capable, self-driven IT & Digital Systems Specialist who can independently design, build, implement, and maintain all required digital tools, dashboards, web platforms, and data integrations across the business.

This is not a support or team role. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and finisher, able to own delivery end-to-end without reliance on a wider IT project team.

The position directly supports executive leadership, operational reporting, and digital transformation initiatives across HanmiGlobal Middle East.

Core Accountability

Full ownership of all digital systems from concept → build → deployment → maintenance → improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Platforms & Digital Infrastructure

Design, develop, host, secure, and maintain all company web platforms. Implement integrations with databases, dashboards, and internal systems. Manage uptime, cybersecurity, backups, and performance independently.

2. Power BI & Executive Reporting.

Build and maintain executive-level Power BI dashboards with automated refresh.Integrate data from finance, HR, and project systems. Translate raw data into clear decision-making insights for leadership.

3. IoT & Smart Data Integration

Configure and integrate IoT sensors/devices where required on projects. Connect real-time data streams to dashboards and monitoring tools. Support smart building, construction monitoring, and digital twin initiatives.

4. Advanced Excel, Automation & Data Tools

Develop complex Excel models, VBA automation, and workflow tools. Eliminate manual processes through automation and systemization. Provide rapid analytical tools for leadership when required.

5. Independent IT Ownership

Operate as the sole technical delivery lead for digital systems in KSA. Troubleshoot, resolve, and maintain all systems without escalation. Coordinate only when necessary with HQ or external vendors. Proactively propose and implement efficiency and innovation improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.

5–8+ years’ hands-on experience delivering systems independently.

Proven ability to design → build → deploy → maintain without team support.Strong capability in:

Power BI (essential).

Full-stack web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP/.NET or equivalent).SQL databases & data modelling. Advanced Excel & VBA automation. Cloud environments (Azure preferred). Demonstrated problem-solving independence and accountability. Strong communication with senior executives (non-technical stakeholders).

Highly Desirable

Experience in construction, engineering, or real estate sectors. Exposure to IoT, BIM, digital twins, or smart buildings. Python, APIs, Power Automate, or data engineering tools. Cybersecurity awareness or Microsoft certifications.

Personal Profile (Critical for Success)

Self-starter and completer — requires minimal direction. Comfortable working alone with full responsibility. Structured, disciplined, and delivery-focused. Able to translate business needs into working systems quickly. Takes ownership rather than waiting for instruction.
