Job Description
We are currently looking Senior Telecom/Collab Admin our Qatar operations.
Education/Experience Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering.
ā¢ Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Systems support . Experience in financial institutions is a plus.
ā¢ Professional training on the relevant systems. Required Special Skills :
ā¢ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
ā¢ Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
ā¢ Self-driven with well-developed leadership and team-building skills.
ā¢ IP Telephony systems
ā¢ PSTN / PRI / SIP telephony lines
ā¢ ADSL lines
ā¢ Voice recording systems
ā¢ Video conferencing systems
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Customer (Internal & External):
ā¢ Handles efficiently & effectively the bankās Telecom systems and services that extend to all users
ā¢ Maintains relationships with selected vendors for Telecom hardware & software for proper handling & support of telecom equipment/services
ā¢ Maintains effective relationship with all other related departments & units to achieve the Groupās goals & objectives in Telecom systems availability & monitoring.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
Requirements
- ā¢Bachelorās Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering
