The IP Product Development Specialist is responsible for developing, pricing and commercializing Industrial Projects solutions and service offerings that support business growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role focuses on designing innovative and competitive logistics solutions for complex project cargo movements, supporting bid and tender activities, and driving data-driven decision-making across Industrial Projects operations. Working closely with regional and external stakeholders, the position ensures that solutions are operationally feasible, commercially viable, compliant, and aligned with market requirements.

In this IP Product Development Specialist position

• Extensive knowledge of Industrial Projects, International Logistics & technical expertise required to manage complex project cargo movements( including Heavy Lifts, Rigs, WTG, Modules & BESS units).
• Strong understanding of chartering principles, commercial term & vessel operations within the project logistics sector.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience and proven commercial competence in project cargo transportation, breakbulk, RoRo, heavy-lift, and chartering operations.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic business decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in proposal management, bid & project pricing, tender preparation, commercial evaluation, and solution development for large-scale opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and global cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers, suppliers, and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools, including Power BI, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, compliance, risk mitigation, and commercial excellence throughout the bid execution lifecycle.
• Proven ability to perform in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within demanding timelines. Now, here is what we need from you!

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial or Project Forwarding environments. We offer:
