- Proven experience in off-plan property sales
- Russian, Azerbaijani or Armenian language skills required
- Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan market and investment opportunities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Ability to understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable opportunities
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 50%–70% commission structure

Requirements
