Intern – Property Administrator
Company: St John Lettings Ltd
Employment: Internship
Reports to: Property Manager
Department: Property Management
Location: Kuwait
About St John Lettings Ltd
St John Lettings Ltd is a London-based real estate company managing a diversified portfolio of residential properties across London, UK. The company pairs institutional-grade asset management with hands-on operational excellence, with day-to-day administrative coordination for the portfolio based at the group's Kuwait office.
The Role
This internship is a hands-on introduction to residential property management. Working alongside the Property Manager and Property Administrator, the intern supports the day-to-day running of St John Lettings' London portfolio — from tenant communications, listings, and marketing to inspections, renewals paperwork, and record-keeping — while building practical skills across the lettings cycle.
The role suits a current student or recent graduate who is organised, curious, and eager to learn. No prior property experience is required; what matters is attention to detail, a willingness to take initiative, and an interest in real estate and marketing. Success looks like reliable day-to-day support to the team, accurate and up-to-date listings and records across every system, and a growing understanding of how a residential portfolio is managed.
