JASARA PMC is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Interface Manager - Rail. This role is critical in ensuring the success of our complex rail infrastructure projects intended to enhance the connectivity and mobility within Saudi Arabia. As a joint venture with Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is dedicated to delivering transformative infrastructure aligned with the Vision 2030 initiative.
As the Interface Manager - Rail, you will be responsible for overseeing all interface management activities related to rail projects. Your expertise will enable effective communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, including contractors, project teams, and governmental authorities. Your role is pivotal in identifying potential interfaces, managing risks, and fostering a culture of collaboration to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for all rail-related interface matters, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to establish and manage clear interface requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings aimed at resolving interface issues and consolidating stakeholder input.
• Create and uphold detailed interface management plans tailored to rail projects, identifying risks and implementation strategies.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of interface dynamics, proposing timely and effective solutions to any identified issues.
• Monitor interface performance metrics and generate reports to track project progress and improvements.
• Support the implementation of communication strategies that maintain stakeholder awareness and involvement throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 15 years of experience in interface management with a focus on rail or transportation projects for 10 years.
• In-depth understanding of rail infrastructure development and project management principles.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects with complex stakeholder networks.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to navigate and resolve complex interface challenges.
